Event Request Form

To request the president to appear or provide remarks at an event, please fill out the Presidential Event Analysis form. Download a PDF version of the form, and submit that completed form to presidential_engagements@stonybrook.edu.

Please submit the form at least two weeks in advance of the event with an attendee/guest list and program.
