LSAMP Bridge to the Doctorate Fellowship at Stony Brook University

The Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation (LSAMP) Bridge to the Doctorate program is funded by the National Science Foundation, and aims to increase the number of underrepresented minority students admitted into science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) graduate programs. The program is designed to provide support for students entering PhD or Master’s degrees (with the goal of transitioning a PhD program) in STEM, ultimately increasing the number of underrepresented minority scientists in academic, scientific, and technology professions.
