For many researchers, their first attempt at an NIH grant submission is the Mentored Career Development Award application. The learning curve can be steep: Not only does it contain all the elements of an R-series application; it also contains many additional elements, such as the Candidate Section, Mentor Letters, Institutional Letter, and more.

This intensive, one-day NIH K-series Bootcamp is packed with tips, templates, strategies, and samples from recently funded K submissions to help you write a sophisticated application that is responsive to the myriad recent NIH policy changes. This session is highly interactive: bring your questions and get expert answers.

About Margaret Bouvier, PhD
Margaret Bouvier received her PhD in Biomedical Sciences from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in 1995. After an NINDS post-doctoral fellowship, she worked as a staff writer for long-standing NIH Director Dr. Francis Collins at the Human Genome Project and NHGRI. She has helped clients land nearly $700 million in federal funding.
