Leah Dannehy

Leah Dannehy, from Albany NY, is a junior double majoring in Mass Communication + Sociology. Her campus involvement includes roles as the Secretary for Women in Business, as a research assistant, as a marketing intern and as a mentor for the University Scholars program. 

“Why I joined CCSP” -  I joined the CCSP Student Leadership Committee because I am interested in how my passions in event planning and communication can be used to create more inclusive spaces and advance social justice. In the future, I hope to work for an organization that promotes the inclusion of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Through this position, I am excited to expand the impact of the CCSP through meaningful events and community engagement.
